摘要
目的 :探讨黄芪水提液对持续感染细胞模型中CVB3、CVB5的作用。方法 :不同浓度黄芪水提液作用于持续感染CVB3、CVB5的ECV304细胞模型 ,原位ELISA ,细胞保护试验 ,病毒滴度测定了解持续感染细胞模型中CVB3、CVB5增殖情况的改变。结果 :经黄芪作用后 ,CVB3-ECV304和CVB5-ECV304持续感染细胞模型病毒抗原表达减少 ,细胞模型培养上清液中病毒含量减少 ,致Vero细胞病变程度减轻。结论 :黄芪可体外抑制持续感染细胞模型中CVB3。
Objective:To study the effect of extracting fluid of astragalus on CVB3and CVB5in the persistent infection cell models.Methods:Different concentration extracting fluid of astragalus were used to ECV304cells which were persistently infected by CVB3or CVB5.In situ ELISA,cell protection assay and viral titer test were used to examine the change of replication of CVB3or CVB5in persistent infection cell models.Results:After astragalus had been used,expression of viral antigen reduced,and degree of vero cells CPE that had been caused by supernatant of CVB3-ECV304and CVB5-ECV304and viral titer of supernatant decreased.Conˉclusion:Astragalus can inhibit the replication of CVB3,CVB5in the persistent infection cell models.
