摘要
目的 :研究注入锁定对铜蒸气激光器非稳腔输出光束质量的影响。方法 :注入锁定输出方式。结果 :发散角明显减小,达到0.15mard ,定性给出了饱和注入功率为4.5mW以下。结论 :实验表明对于高增益的铜蒸气激光器 ,采用注入锁定振荡放大是较理想的结构 ,可以克服高增益激光器中的多纵模、高横模振荡 ,使激光器获得更高的效率和方向性。
Objective:To study the effects of injection locked unstable cavity on beam quality in Copper Vapor Laser.Methods:injection locked unstable cavity on beam quality in Copper Vapor Laser.Results:The beam diˉvergence was dramatically reduced to0.15mrad.The saturation injection power is given qualitatively in this paper.Conclusion:It indicates that for large gain Copper Vapor Laser,the injection-locked amplification is an optimal approach,it can depress multi-longitudinal and higher transverse mode in high gain medium,thus leads to higher efficiency and beam direction in Copper Vapor Laser.
