随着城市供水规模的不断扩大,对城市供水系统的管理提出了更高的要求。对供水系统管理中的自来水营业收费管理系统进行了仔细研究,并对其系统结构、功能、系统的设计及实现技术进行了论述。

With the broaden scale of water service in cities, higher requirements in water service system management are raised. As a part of the water supply management system, a water charge management system is studied. The structure, functions, designs and implementation techniques of this system are explained.
