摘要
以实践中绩效考核的粗线条管理带来的弊端为切入点,从理论上分析了绩效考核量化的必要性和可行性;根据实际工作中员工考核具体情况,总结出一种从德、能、勤、绩4个方面对员工进行考核的有效考核体系,实现了对质技监系统执法人员绩效考核的量化,阐述了其实施方法与步骤。同时,借助当前的计算机技术,实现了软件化。
From the shortcomings of extensive management in performance evaluation, the necessity and feasibility of quantitative analysis technology of performance evaluation are analyzed theoretically. According to the practical evaluation conditions, an effective evaluation system including virtue, ability, attendance, achievement is put forward. The quantization of performance evaluation is realized. The methods and steps of performance evaluation are explained. It is programmed by means of modern computer science.
