摘要
介绍了梯度功能材料的概念、结构特征以及设计方法。以BN492QA汽油机为样机,研究了金属-陶瓷梯度功能材料对发动机性能的影响。试验表明,内燃机滑动摩擦零件的表面采用金属-陶瓷梯度功能材料后,发动机的动力性、经济性均得到明显改善。由对比分析试验可知,梯度功能材料可以显著改善发动机的润滑性、耐磨性和密封性,提高发动机性能。
This paper presents the conception structure characteristic and design method of functionally gradient materials.By taking BN492QA gasoline engine as an example,this paper has demonstrated the study of effect of metal-ceramic functionally gradient materials on engine performance.The experiments have shown that momentum,efficiency of engine has improved obviously after using metal-ceramic functionally gradient materials on the surface of sliding friction parts in internal combustion engine.The comparative test results have shown that metal-ceramic functionally gradient materials can improve obviously the performences of lubrication,wear resistance,sealing of an engine.
