摘要 目的 研究凤尾茶Elsholtzia bodinieri的化学成分。方法 利用Sephadex LH-20和MCI gel CHP20P柱色谱进行分离和纯化,通过理化方法及光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果 从凤尾茶水提液中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为2,6-二甲基-8-羟基-2,6-辛二烯酸-8-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(Ⅰ)、圣草素7-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(Ⅱ)、木犀草素7-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(Ⅲ)、山柰酚3-O-芦丁糖苷(Ⅳ)、芦丁(Ⅴ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中Ⅰ为新化合物,命名为东紫苏苷(bodinierin)。 Object To study the chemical constituents of Elsholtzia bodinieri Vaniot. Methods The constituents were repeatedly separated and purified on Sephadex LH-20 and MCI gel CHP20P column. They were identified on the basis of spectral methods. Results Five compounds were obtained from the water extracts and identified as 2, 6-dimethyl-8-hydroxyl-2, 6-octadienic acid-8-O-β-D-glucopynanoside (Ⅰ), eridodictyol 7-O-βi-D-glucopynanoside (Ⅱ), luteolin 7-O-β-D-glucopynanoside (Ⅲ) , and kaempfer-ol 3-O-rutinoside (Ⅳ), rutin (Ⅴ). Conclusion All of them are isolated from E. bodinieri for the first time, and compound I is a new one named as bodinierin.
