摘要
在合理界定建筑企业价格竞争手段和非价格竞争手段基础之上,根据企业问卷调查,对房建综合性和专业化建筑企业的竞争手段的差异进行了定量的统计分析。验证了建筑业市场结构对企业行为具有显著的影响。最后给出推动企业市场竞争行为合理化的4个方面对策。
The major price and nonprice competitive measures employed by construction enterprises are identified properly. In light of the investigation questionnaire, the differentiations of relative importance of competitive measures employed by general building contractors and specialized contractors are statistically analyzed in a comparative way. In addition, the dependency relation between construction market structure and contractor' s conduct was verified by this paper. Finally, four aspects of countermeasures are put forwards.
