Community Police Service: Work Process and Methods

从社区工作的一般理论和方法角度看 ,社区警务工作的运作是一个实现社区治安目标的过程 ,需要按照一定的程序操作和运用一系列的方法加以实施。从理论上概括 ,其实施过程包括介入和建立专业关系阶段 ,社区分析阶段 ,拟定社区警务工作计划阶段 ,实施社区警务工作计划阶段 ,工作成绩总结评估阶段等 ,不同阶段需要运用不同的工作方法。在实际操作过程中这些阶段及方法往往是相互交叉、高度融合的 ,因而应当灵活运用 ,切不可死搬硬套。

Viewed from general theory and method of community work, community police work aims at maintaining the public order of the community, following specific procession and a series of methods. In theory, its application process can be classified into stage of getting involved and establishing professional relationships, stage of community analysis, stage of drafting community police work plan, stage of enforcement of the plan, stage of review and estimation of the police work and so on, in which different work methods will be utilized respectively. And these stages and work methods may be crossed mutually and blend highly, so we should use them flexibly.
