摘要
对海南木莲的叶和枝分别用质量分数为95%的乙醇和石油醚提取,提取液采用薄层层析法鉴定,薄层色谱图呈现海南木莲的特有斑点,并初步分析了海南木莲不同部位提取液中的化学成分.
The stem and leaves of Manglietia hainanensis were extracted by Soxhlet method with 95% alcohol and petroleum ether,and extracts were identified by TLC. The components of stem and leaves of Manglietia hainanensis were analyzed by chemical identification.
