摘要
通过对当前高校青年团干部普遍存在的三大心理困惑的分析,提出三种自我调适方法用以促进其良好心理素养的形成。
This article gives a brief analysis on the three common psychological puzzles among the Youth League cadres in the university and explores three solut ions as to improve their mental health.
