摘要
目的 探讨Gd DTPA作为肾脏CT增强对比剂用于肾脏血流灌注研究的可行性。方法 12只新西兰白兔 ,分组注射Gd DTPA或碘对比剂 ,CT动态扫描获得主动脉和肾脏的时间 密度曲线 ,计算血流灌注数值。结果 静脉注射 0 .5mmol/(kg·ml)Gd DTPA后 ,肾皮质增强 (3 3 .2± 11.9)Hu。Gd DTPA和碘对比剂获得的肾脏皮质、髓质血流灌注数值无明显差异。结论 Gd DTPA能够作为X线对比剂用于肾脏增强CT检查 。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Gd-DTPA as a contrast agent on the renal contrast-enhanced CT and the renal blood perfusion. Methods Twelve rabbits were examined with dynamic CT after the Gd-DTPA or Ultravist administration. Time-attenuation curves were acquired, and the renal blood perfusion was studied. Results Mean values of the renal cortical and medullary perfusion patterns in the group of Gd-DTPA were similar to that of ultravist ( t' test, P >0.05). Conclusion Gd-DTPA is a possible alternative contrast agent in CT studying kidney and renal blood perfusion.
