摘要 目的 探讨 16层CT冠状动脉成像的应用价值。方法  14 6例患者行 16层CT冠状动脉成像 ,评价图像质量及狭窄程度。其中 3 3例行常规冠状动脉造影作对照。结果  12 62节段能满足管腔评价 ,2 70个节段不能满足管腔的评价。常规造影显示正常或轻度狭窄、中度狭窄的节段 ,CT有 89.6%的节段与其分级一致 ;显示重度狭窄的节段 ,CT有 90 .9%的节段与其分级一致。结论  16层CT冠状动脉成像是一种无创、简便优良的检查方法 ,显示有临床意义的冠状动脉狭窄 (>5 0 % )的准确性很高 。 Objective To assess the clinical value of 16-slice multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) scan in coronary angiography. Methods Total 146 patients with known or suspected coronary artery diseases underwent CTA, among them 33 cases underwent conventional coronary angiography as control. Image quality and intensity of lumen narrowing were evaluated. Results Satisfactory lumen assessment for coronary artery segments achieved in 1 262, but failed in 270 segments. CT was 89.6% in consistency with those of conventional coronary angiography for assessing normal and slight stenoses, and 90.9% for severe stenoses. Conclusion MSCT coronary angiography is an outstanding, convenient non-invasive exam for coronary stenosis with high accuracy (>50%) in the diagnosis. It's a good way for the follow-up of coronary bridge artery and coronary stents.
