摘要
目的 研究Ⅰ级高血压患者的左心室局域性舒张功能。方法 应用定量组织速度成像 (QTVI)技术 ,分析左心室 12个节段心肌舒张早期峰值速度 (E波 )、舒张晚期峰值速度 (A波 )和E/A比值。结果 与健康人相比 ,Ⅰ级高血压患者E波速度降低 ,A波速度增加 ,其中 46.4%的节段E/A <1,以室间隔、前壁和后壁多见。
Objective To investigate the regional diastolic function of left ventricle in patients with hypertension grade Ⅰ.Methods The peak early diastolic (E wave), peak late diastolic velocities (A wave) and the E/A ratios at 12 different sites on the left ventricle myocardium were derived from quantitative tissue velocity imagine (QTVI). Results Compared with the healthy subjects, a significant reduction of E and increment of A were detected in patients with hypertension grade Ⅰ,and 46.4% of the total sites of left ventricle in hypertension grade I showed that the E/A ratios were less than 1, especially in the sites of interventricular septum, anterior and posterior wall. Conclusion The regional diastolic dysfunction of left ventricular myocardium can be found in patients with hypertension grade Ⅰ.
