摘要
目的 应用中国女性数字化可视人体有关盆底形态学信息 ,探讨人体盆底薄层断面影像学形态规律。方法 从中国正常女性数字化可视人体数据集中选取从髂嵴上缘到坐骨结节下缘的连续断面图像与其相对应的CT、MRI断面图像对照 ,观察盆底的细微解剖结构并进行计算机三维重建及立体显示。结果 在可视化人体盆底断面标本与其相对应的CT、MRI断面图像上 ,能清晰显示出盆底肌、筋膜及其周围间隙 ,三维重建图像能够清晰显示盆底肌与骨性结构、膀胱、子宫及直肠等的三维解剖关系。并明确盆底肌在横断面上的最佳显示断面。结论 探讨盆底复杂的细微解剖结构及其空间毗邻关系 ,对复杂盆底功能性疾病的早期而全面的影像诊断及指导外科手术治疗具有重要的意义。
Objective To explore the thin-layer cross-sectional morphological law of image changes with some related data of visualization of the female pelvic floor of the Chinese visible human. Methods The continuous cross-sectional images of upper margin of iliac crest and inferior margin of ischial tuberosity selected from the Chinese visible human data were used, compared with those of CT and MRI. On section-by-section basis, the anatomic structures of the pelvic floor were observed so as to make the three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction. Results The CT and MRI images of the cross-sectional specimens clearly showed the levator ani muscle, the fisciae and the peripheral spaces. The 3D reconstruction images displayed perfectly the anatomical relationships of the pelvic floor muscle, the pelvic bone, the bladder, the uterus and the rectum, and specified the best imaging cross-section on the section of the pelvic floor muscle. Conclusion The exploration on the anatomical structure and the adjacent spaces of the complicated pelvic floor plays an important role in imaging diagnosis and surgery guidance for complicated functional diseases of the pelvic floor.
