摘要
以胜利油田辛一站至营二配气站输气管道定向钻穿越工程为例,介绍了PE管道定向钻穿越施工工艺特点和穿越过程中的导向孔钻进、管道回拖、泥浆质量控制等项工序的技术要求。这是PE管道水平定向钻长距离穿越技术首次在国内成功应用,对类似工程具有指导意义。与普通钢管道的水平定向钻穿越相比,PE管道施工方便、快捷,焊接速度是钢管的4～5倍。
Taking the pipeline crossing by directional drilling between Xin-One station and Yun-Two gas distribution station in Shengli Oilfield as an example, this paper elucidates the technical characteristics of PE pipeline crossing construction by directional drilling as well as the technical key matters of guiding hole drilling, pipeline back-dragging and slurry quality control. It is the first time in our country to use the horizontally directional drilling for long distance PE pipeline crossing. Therefore it provides similar projects with good guidance. In comparison with common steel pipeline, the PE pipeline has the advantages of convenient and facile construction work, as well as 4～5 times higher welding speed.
