摘要
通过自动焊技术在2000m3丙烯球形储罐焊接工程中的应用,文章介绍了该焊接工程中选用的焊接工艺参数、焊接材料以及焊接技术要点、易产生焊接缺陷的原因,并对该工程的经济技术指标进行了分析。工程实践证明:球形储罐自动焊焊接整体合格率为97.9%~98.9%,而且效率高,是手工焊的5倍;工期短,罐群施工时比手工焊缩短工期约30天;成本低,尤其是4台储罐以上的罐区施工,可比手工焊降低成本20%左右;可以改善作业环境,有效降低作业人员的劳动强度。在国家石化行业储运工程大发展的环境下,球罐自动焊技术在球罐群施工中具有较高的推广价值。
This paper introduces the automatic welding technology used in 2000m3 propylene spheral tank construction including technical parameters, welding materials, main technical points and reasons of producing welding defects. The engineering indexes of economy and technology are also analyzed. The engineering practice shows that the whole qualification rate of the welding is 97.9%~98.9%,and the working efficiency is 5 times higher than that of manual welding. The construction time period is shorter. For group tanks welding, it is 30 days shorter than that of manual welding. The cost is lower. For construction of more than 4 sets of tanks it is about 20% lower than that of manual welding. The working condition is improved and labour intensity is reduced too. So under the circumstance of rapid development of storage and transportation engineering of national petrochemical sector, the automatic welding technology of spheral tank is worthwhile to spread to group spheral tanks construction.
