Design of Inner Pneumatic Large Diameter Pipe Aligning Device with Copper Lining and Its Application Prospect

管道气动内对口器是管道施工中实现管口组对的一种专用机具,可为施工现场提供快速、准确的管口组对。目前应用的对口器不适合自动焊打底焊(易穿丝),严重制约了自动焊效率的发挥。介绍了一种新型对口器———大口径带铜衬气动内对口器,并对该对口器的工作原理、结构和技术要点进行了较详细的叙述。现场应用表明焊缝内成型美观,焊缝合格率为96%。

Pipe pneumatic inner aligning device is a special machine used to implement fast and accurate pipe connection. The present pipe aligning device is not suited for automatic backing welding and is an obstacle for increasing automatic welding efficiency. This paper introduces a new kind of pipe aligning device i.e. the large diameter pipe inner aligning device with copper lining. The operation principle, structure and technical points are described in detail in the paper. The field application shows the welding seam formation is perfect and the welding qualification rate is 96%.
