Development and Utilization of Local Resources in Overseas Engineering Project

海外工程项目远离祖国,施工可变因素多,对当地资源的利用和国内工程比较具有一定的特殊性。结合苏丹工程项目对当地资源的开发与利用进行了阐述。首先从经济效益、社会效益、项目运行的客观情况三方面说明了利用当地资源的重要性,介绍了对当地资源开发利用的原则和方式方法。文章最后指出:对当地资源的合理开发与有效利用,是海外工程项目生存与发展的重要基础,它使单纯的工程承包服务转变为企业走向世界,国家之间和民族之间经济、科技和文化交流与融合的新形式。

In comparison with domestic engineering projects, the utilization of local resources of overseas project has a certain particularity because of remote distance and many changeable construction factors. This paper describes the development and utilization of local resources in combination with one Sudan project. Firstly it explains the importance of local resources in three respects of economic benefit, social benefit and project running. Secondly it indicates the principle and method of development and utilization of local resources. Finally it points out that the reasonable development and effective utilization of local resources are important foundation for survival and development of overseas engineering project. It turns pute engineering contract service into enterprise for walking up to the world and forms a new exchangeable and syncretic mode of economy, science and technology among countries and nationalities.
