摘要
10万m3和5万m3储油罐罐前阀室在投产运行后墙体及屋面经常出现开裂现象,经分析认为,造成开裂的主要原因有设计失误及设计说明不详细、施工方法和施工顺序不当。根据开裂原因,提出了合理的改进方法。实践证明,该方法可行。
The cracking phenomena often happen in the walls and roofs of the front valve chambers of 10×104 m3 and 5×104 m3 oil tanks after the front valve chambers come into operation. The analysis shows that the main causes of cracking are design mistake, a certain lack of detailed design descriptions as well as improper construction method and procedure. The rational improved measures are put forward and are proved to be feasible.
