摘要
目的 :了解各种情况下医护人员手部带菌情况以及需采取的相应对策。 方法 :对各种情况下医护人员手部卫生进行调查并进行菌量培养。 结果 :医护人员操作前及操作中手部细菌超标 ;工作繁忙时手部菌量成倍增加 ;肥皂洗手及快速手消毒剂的使用可使手部细菌减少 6 5 %～ 10 0 %。 结论 :医护人员手部卫生意识薄弱 ;制定并落实相应措施 。
Objective: To investigate and analyze hand carrier state of medical staffs. Methods: Investigating hand cleaning state of medical staffs in various moments and having bacteriological cultivation. Results: Less hand cleaning consciousness; high hand bacteria amount in performance; more hand bacteria in acute performance; hand washing and rapid hand disinfectants can reduce hand bacteria amount by 65%-100%. Conclusion: Taking word measures can change hand cleaning state of medical staffs.
