摘要 蛋白酶激活受体 (PAR)是近年来新发现的一个受体家族 ,其中PAR 2对呼吸道上皮细胞功能的影响及其在哮喘中的作用正受到越来越多的关注。作者就PAR 2的结构、激活剂及生物学功能 ,尤其是PAR Proteinase activated receptors (PAR) are a novel receptor family discovered in recent years. Among them, PAR-2 attracting more attention because of the effect on airway epithelial cells and the potential role in asthma. An introduction of PAR-2, PAR-2 mediated activation of airway epithelial cells and the potential roles of PAR-2 in asthma is discussed.
