摘要 目的 :建立高胰岛素 -正常葡萄糖钳夹技术。方法 :应用高胰岛素 -正常葡萄糖钳夹技术对 8例正常体重、正常糖耐量者进行了方法学的研究。结果 :在优势胰岛素浓度、血浆葡萄糖浓度稳定在正常空腹水平状态下 ,内源性胰岛素释放和肝糖产生被抑制 ,升糖激素 (皮质醇、生长激素、胰高糖素 )无明显增高。 (2 )在高胰岛素 -正常葡萄糖钳夹稳态期 ,葡萄糖利用率为 9.2 5± 0 .2 5mg/(kg .min)。 结论 :高胰岛素 -正常葡萄糖钳夹技术已成功建立。在外源性胰岛素 -葡萄糖代谢的稳定状态下 。 Objective:To establish a hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp technique for the study of insulin sensitivity in Chinese.Methods:A hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp technique was used to the study of methodology in 8 normal weight subjects with normal glucose tolerance.Results:(1)When a higher level of insulin was created during maintaining fasting euglycemia,the secretion of endogenous insulin and hepatic glucose production were completely inhibited.The secretion of counter-regulatory hormones(cortisol,growth hormone and glucagon) was not significantly stimulated..(2)During the steady-state of hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp,the glucose disposal rate was 9.25±0.25mg/(kg.min)Conclusion:The hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp technique was established successfully in Chinese.During the steady-state of exogenous insulin and glucose metabolism,glucose utilization increased.
