摘要
目的 探讨载脂蛋白E基因 (ApoE)多态性与脑出血部位及血肿大小的相关关系。方法 采用病例 对照研究 ,对 2 80例脑出血 (基底节区 187例 ,脑叶 5 6例 ,脑干 2 4例 ,小脑 13例 )和 2 88例正常对照组进行研究。采用聚合酶链式反应 限制性片段长度多态性方法测定ApoE基因多态性。 结果 全部脑出血患者和对照组之间ApoE基因型和等位基因频率的分布无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;同一部位不同基因型之间的脑出血量无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;再发脑叶出血ε2等位基因频率与对照组之间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 ApoE基因多态性与脑出血量之间不存在相关关系 ;
Objective The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the apolipoprotein E(ApoE)gene polymorphism and the location and the size of hematoma in cerebral hemorrhage. Methods This was a case-control study, which enrolled 280 cases with cerebral hemorrhage (187 basal ganglia/internal capsule, 56 lobar, 24 brain stem and 13 cerebellum) and 288 healthy controls without CHD and CVD.Polymerase chain reaction-restricted fragments length polymorphism was used to determine ApoE gene polymorphism. Results There was no significant difference in ApoE genotype and allele distribution between all cerebral hemorrhage patients and control group ( P >0.05). The size of hematoma showed no significant difference among difference genotype in the same location of cerebral hemorrhage( P >0.05). There was statistical different in ε2 allele frequencies between recurrent lobar cerebral hemorrhage patients and control group. Conclusion These results suggested that the ApoE gene polymorphism was not associated with the size of hematoma in cerebral hemorrhage. Apolipoprotein Eε2 might be an important genetic factor of recurrent lobar cerebral hemorrhage
