摘要
采用独立组元法对煤气化反应的 C- H- O- S- N热力学平衡体系进行了计算 ,在此基础上提出了一种等离子体炬辅助下煤两段气化的方案 .分析结果表明 ,等离子体的引入可以从多个方面加快气化反应速度 ,从而可以获得比常规煤气化方法更高的单位容积处理能力 ,相对于常规煤气化方法 。
Gasification is an important means to realize clean and effective coal conversion.C-H-O-S-N thermodynamic equilibrium systems on coal gasification are computed in this paper,based on which a new method of two-stage coal gasification with the auxiliary of plasma torch is proposed.Analysis results show that higher output per unit volume of gasification furnaces can be obtained in this method than in general methods because the gasification speed is highly increased from several aspects under plasma conditions.In addition,this method has advantages in economical and environmental benefits compared with general methods.
