摘要 目的 研究 8Hz,90dB、10 0dB、130dB的次声对SD大鼠海马及颞叶皮层兰尼定受体(RyR)表达的影响。方法 雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、8Hz,90dB、10 0dB、130dB的 1、7、14、2 1、2 8、35、4 2d组共 2 8组。最后一次作用结束后立即取脑组织并进行RyR免疫组织化学染色 ,光学显微镜下观察海马及颞叶皮层RyR表达的变化。结果 次声作用组大鼠脑组织海马及颞叶皮层RyR表达均较对照组减少 ,8Hz,90dB组、10 0dB组以 2 1d减少最为明显 ,而 130dB组变化较为复杂 ,有2个峰值 ,14d和 4 2d,其中 4 2d阳性表达最少 (均P <0 .0 1) ,且 2 1d时 ,10 0dB组的表达减少较 90dB组为少 ,90dB组和 10 0dB组阳性表达在 2 1d后均有所回升。结论  8Hz ,90dB、10 0dB和 130dB次声可引起大鼠海马及颞叶皮层RyR表达减少 。 Objective To study the effect of 8 Hz infrasound on ryanodine receptor(RyR) expression in the hippocampus and temporal cortex of rats.Methods One hundred and forty male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into the control group, and the 1, 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42 days groups with each treated by 8 Hz, 90 dB, 100 dB and 130 dB. The rats' brains were dissected as soon as the exposures were finished and the brains were taken to do immunohistochemical straining for RyR. The contents of RyR in the hippocampus and temporal cortex were detected under an optical microscope.Results The infrasound groups presented less expression of RyR in the hippocampus and temporal cortex, and the least were on the 21st day for 90 dB group and 100 dB group, but the 130 dB group presented two peaks, which were on the 14th day and on the 42nd day. The rats of 42 days presented the least expression of RyR in the hippocampus and temporal cortex( P <0.01) , and on the 21st day 100 dB group presented less expression than that of 90 dB group. After 21 days, the positive expression of 90 dB group and 100 dB group presented an increase.Conclusion The deceased RyR expression in the hippocampus and temporal cortex of rats could result from infrasound of 8 Hz.The rules of change are related to the parameters of infrasound.
