摘要
目的 :了解屈光不正性弱视患儿和正常儿童的立体视觉状况。方法 :采用颜少明《随机立体检查图》、随机点同视机立体图和同视机 ,对 33名经治疗矫正视力已≥ 0 9的屈光不正性弱视儿童和 31名正常儿童 ,分别检测其零视差、交叉视差、非交叉视差、远立体视和远融合范围。结果 :(1)正常儿童的零视差、交叉视差、非交叉视差和远立体视均好于屈光不正性弱视儿童 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;远融合范围无明显差异。 (2 )屈光不正性弱视儿童组中轻度和中度组除交叉视差外其余指标均无明显差异。结论 :屈光不正性弱视同样严重影响立体视的形成 ,对立体视的各项指标均有影响 ;
Objective:To investigate the whole stereoacuity indexes in children with ametropic amblyopic and normal children.Methods:Zero disparity,crossed disparity,uncrossed disparity,distance stereoacuity and distance fusion range of 33 ametropic amblyopic children with best distance corrected acuity≥0.9 and 31 normal children were examined with stereogram designed by Yan Shaoming ,random dot synoptophore stereogram and synoptophore.Results:(1) Zero disparity,crossed disparity,uncrossed disparity and distance stereoacuity in normal children were better than ametropic amblyopic children(P<0.05).Distance fusion range had little difference between them.(2) Except crossed disparity,other stereoacuity indexes in mild group and medium group of ametropic amblyopic children had no evident differences.Conclusion:Ametropic amblyopia affected the formation of stereoacuity critically,including every index of stereopsis;The final goal of amblyopic therapy is to establish binocular vision and obtain perfect stereopsis.
