三足式离心机甩块断裂故障分析

摘要 通过对三足式离心机甩块的强度分析建立了甩块强度的数学模型。对模型的分析表明 ,在正常工作条件下 ,甩块的强度与甩块的截面尺寸无关 ,只与甩块运动的线速度、甩块物质的密度以及甩块所对应旋转中心的弧度有关 ;同时指出甩块所受的向心力是甩块所受的正压力与甩块自由端所提供的拉力的合力。据此判断发现了实际工作中甩块机构在安装过程中存在的问题 ,并使其问题得到解决。 The mathematical model of the strength of the flail block in a three-leg centrifuge was founded through the strength analysis. The analysis of the mathematical model shows that the block strength was not related to the sectional area of the block, only to the linear velocity of the block movement, to the density of the block materials, and to the rotary central radian corresponding to the block in normal operations, meanwhile it was indicated that the centripetal force borne by the block was not completely supplied by the normal pressure borne by the block, the centripetal force was a resultant force of the normal pressure borne by the block and the pulling force supplied by the free end of the block. Therefore, the problems of the block mechanism in installation were found and solved.
