不同硒添加剂对仔猪生长肝脱碘酶Ⅰ活性和血清甲状腺激素水平的影响 被引量:11

摘要 将 2 34头杜×长×大断奶仔猪分为 13组 ,分别以纳米硒和亚硒酸钠 2种硒源 ,0 .1、0 .2、0 .3、0 .4、0 .5、1.0mg/kg 6个硒水平添加到基础日粮中 ,研究了纳米硒和亚硒酸钠对仔猪生长、肝脱碘酶Ⅰ活性和血清甲状腺激素的影响。结果显示 :亚硒酸钠硒水平 0 .1mg/kg组仔猪的生长性能趋于平台 ,0 .3~ 1.0mg/kg组仔猪的生长性能随着硒添加浓度的增加而下降 ,1.0mg/kg组仔猪的生长性能显著低于 0 .2~ 0 .4mg/kg组仔猪。纳米硒水平 1.0mg/kg组仔猪的生长性能保持在高峰平台。硒添加浓度为 0 .1~ 0 .3mg/kg时 ,亚硒酸钠和纳米硒对仔猪生长性能的影响无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;硒添加浓度为 0 .4~ 1.0mg/kg时 ,纳米硒组仔猪生长性能显著高于亚硒酸钠组 (P <0 .0 5 )。硒添加浓度为 0 .1~ 0 .2mg/kg时 ,两种硒源对脱碘酶Ⅰ活性、血清T3、T4 的影响无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;硒添加浓度为 0 .3~ 1.0mg/kg时 ,纳米硒组脱碘酶Ⅰ活性和血清T3水平显著高于亚硒酸钠组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血清T4 水平显著低于亚硒酸钠组 (P <0 .0 5 )。纳米硒的Weinberg剂量 效应的最适剂量范围宽于亚硒酸钠。 The objective of the study was to investigate effects of nano elemental selenium (Nano-Se) and sodium selenite (Na_(2)SeO_(3)) on growth performance, activity of type Ⅰ deiodinase and levels of serum thyroid hormones. A total of 234 weanling pigs (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) at an average initial body weight of 8.3 kg were allocated to 13 treatments, each of which had 3 pens (6 pigs per pen). The thirteen dietary treatments were basal diet treatment (containing 0.04 mg/kg Se), and basal diet + 0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5,1.0 mg/kg Se treatments in form of Na_(2)SEO_(3 )or_( )Nano-Se, respectively. The results were as follows. When Na_(2)SeO_(3) was added to the diet, the growth performance came to the peak value at a concentration of 0.1 mg/kg Se. The growth performance was increased with the concentration increase of Se from 0.3 mg/kg to 1.0 mg/kg. When 1.0 mg/kg Se was added to the diet, the growth performance was lower (( P <0.05)) as compared with the addition from 0.2 mg/kg to 0.4 mg/kg Se. When Nano-Se was added to the diet, the growth performance remained steadily at the peak value even at a concentration of 1.0 mg/kg Se. There was no difference in growth performance between the treatments of Nano-Se and Na_(2)SeO_(3 )when the added concentration of Se was from 0.1 mg/kg to 0.3 mg/kg. The pigs had higher (P <0.05) growth performance at a concentration range from 0.4 mg/kg to 1.0 mg/kg in form of Nano-Se than Na_(2)SeO_(3). There was no difference in the activity of type-Ⅰdeiodinase and levels of thyroid hormones between the treatments of Nano-Se and Na_(2)SeO_(3 ) when the added concentration of Se was from 0.1 mg/kg to 0.2 (mg/kg). The weanling pigs had higher ( P <0.05) the activity of type-Ⅰdeiodinase and levels of (serum) T_(3) and lower T_(4) at a concentration range from 0.3 mg/kg to 1.0 mg/kg in form of Nano-Se than (Na_(2)SeO_(3)). The results implicated that for the best concentration range of Weinberg curve, Nano-Se was wider than Na_(2)SeO_(3).
