摘要
目的探讨高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用JC-1 HIFU治疗系统对选定的23例患者进行治疗性研究。结果23例患者在治疗后随访9个月,与治疗前相比,肌瘤体积平均缩小率为78.88±22.39%(P<0.05)。无严重并发症发生。结论高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤上一种有效的、安全性高的治疗子宫肌瘤的新方法。
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy and its safety of curing the uterine leiomyoma by using the high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU). Methods: Twenty-three patients had been chosen for study, the tumor therapeutic system of the HIFU model JC-1 would be adopted. Results: The volume of the uterine leiomyoma had been significantly reduced, for which compared with the pre-treatment; the average rate of volume reducing was (78.88+22.39)% (P <0.05). Conclusions: Curing the uterine leiomyoma by using the high intensity focused ultrasound is efficacy and safety.
