摘要 目的探讨Wistar大鼠阴茎海绵体平滑肌细胞体外培养的方法及其生物学特性。方法采用组织培养法进行培养并行免疫组化鉴定,观察其形态及测定细胞活性。结果大鼠阴茎海绵体平滑肌细胞为梭,呈长轴平行排列,体外贴壁快,在合适的条件下能够生存并保持其稳定的生物学特性。结论大鼠阴茎海绵平滑肌细胞原培养方便可行,对研究阴茎勃起及ED机制有较大帮助。 Objective: To study the methods and biological characteristics of Wistar rat smooth muscle cells cultured in vitro. Methods: Invitro tissue culture technique, the bred cells were identified by immunohistochemical technique, morphology was observed and cell count was detected. Results: The smooth muscle cell of rat were spindle-shaped and parallel along their longitudinalaxis, the attachment was rapid and maintain steady biological characteristics in fitting condition. Conclusions: The primary culture of rat corpuscavernosum smooth muscle cells is convenient and feasible, which is helpful to study of the mechanism of penile erection and erectile dysfunction (ED).
