层粘蛋白在肝外胆管癌组织中表达及临床意义

Expression of laminin in bile duct carcinoma and its clinical significance

目的探讨层粘蛋白(Laminin,LN)在肝外胆管癌中表达与临床病理学特征的关系。方法采用免疫化SABC法对10例胆管腺瘤和51例肝外胆管癌组织中LN的表达进行检测。结果LN表达在胆管癌与管腺瘤中差异有显著性;在不同分期、不同分化程度及有否淋巴结转移的肝外胆管癌中有差异显著性(P< .05)。结论LN表达类型可作为判断肝外胆管癌分期、分化和淋巴转移的一个重要指标。

Object: To explore the relationship between the Laminin (LN) expression and the clinical pathology of cholangiocarcinoma. Methods: LN expression was investigated by means of immunohistochemistry SABC in 51 cholangiocarcinoma and 10 bile duct adenoma. Result: LN expression in cholangiocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in bile duct adenoma. There was obvious difference of LN expression in different differentiation, different stages and with or without lymph nodes metastasis in cholangiocarcinoma. Conclusion: The expression of LN is an important judgement parameter for cholangiocarcinoma staging, differentiation and lymph nodes metastasis
