早产儿相关因素对其预后的影响分析—附193例≤孕34周早产儿分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的 探讨早产儿自身因素对其预后的影响。方法 收集1994年1月～2002年12月问我院出生的193例≤孕34周早产儿，分析孕周、出生体重、性剐对≤孕34周早产儿预后的影响。结果 28～30^+6周组的死亡率、极低体重出生率及窒息率均较其他两组明显增高，极低体重儿组的死亡率较其余组高，且此组的男婴死亡率高于女婴。结论 孕周与出生体重对早产儿死亡率有一定影响，与性别无关。
