阿托品影响芬太尼PCIA副作用的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的验证阿托品是否可以有效抑制术后病人静脉自控镇痛(PCIA)中芬太尼引起的恶心呕吐等副作用。方法选择100例妇科择期手术病人,随机分成A、B两组(每组50例)。A组不加阿托品,B组加阿托品5 ug/ml,均加芬太尼14 ug/ml,氟哌利多50 ug/ml,溶至100 ml,观察病人术后6、12、24、48 h对PCIA的满意程度,镇痛效果和并发症。结果A、B两组病人术后镇痛,镇静效果无明显差异(P>0.05),而恶心呕吐并发症A组明显高于B组(P<0.02)。结论阿托品能显著抑制PCIA中恶心呕吐的发生,且防止芬太尼所致心动过缓带来的一系列并发症。
