摘要
对低散热CNG发动机PC电控系统软硬件的开发方法提出独特见解,解决了在控制系统开发过程中的一系列问题,缩短了系统开发周期;利用电控系统高速采集的各类数据精确控制天然气喷气阀的喷射。通过喷射阀的多次标定试验,得出的结果曲线基本一致,表明所开发的电控系统可行。
In this PC-controlled system of low heat rejection CNG engine, the author put forward a special idea which solve a series of problem in the development, and that shorten the period of development. This system can realize high speed data acquisition and make sure CNG spraying precisely control. By repeated experiments, we find that the result is about the same, as indicates that this electronic-controlled system is feasible.
