摘要
阐述了发动机扭振数字化测法中信号齿盘齿数、分度误差、安装偏心及传感器的选型、计数器位数与计数晶振频率、数据传输方式、弯曲振动、滚振及转速波动等因素对测量精度的影响,并提出了相应的对策。
Some factors such as number of gear teeth and segmentation error and assembling of signal gear, sensor model, digit of counter, frequency of crystal oscillator, method of data- transmission, flexural vibration, rolling vibration, speed fluctuation, which influence measuring accuracy by digital method are analyzed, and countermeasures to the questions are also given in this paper.
