摘要
通过内燃机反拖试验,对羟基硅酸盐矿物微粉添加剂处理前后内燃机的反拖功率和燃油消耗率进行了测量,证明该添加剂可以降低内燃机功率损失和油耗。扫描电镜分析表明,该添加剂能够修平摩擦表面的原始网纹、划痕和降低表面粗糙度,从而降低摩擦因数和减小功率损失。
By revolting drag test to explosive motor,the revolting drag power and oil consumption compare had been measureed before and after hydroxyl silicate mineral powder additive handling,and proved that the additive can decrease the explosive motor power loss and oil consumption. Anlysis with SEM find: the additive can mend the firsthand net veins, scribe marks and decrease the friction surface coarse degree, thereby decreased the friction coefficient and power loss.
