Nonconforming Penalty Approximation for 4th-order Eigenvalue Problem

本文给出了四阶特征值问题的非协调有限元加罚逼近,得出了一个比[1]中利用协调有限元时较高的收敛阶估计,最后结果可以用于具有光滑边界的情况。

In this paper, nonconforming penalty appproximation for biharmonic problem is presented, higher rate of convergence estimates are obtained in the case of polygonal domain as well as for domains with smooth curved boundary.
