酸化甘油溶解试验阳性的自身免疫性溶血性贫血实验指标分析

Analysis of AIHA with Positive Acidified Glycerol Lysis Test

目的 评价酸化甘油溶解试验阳性的自身免疫性溶血性贫血的实验室特点。方法 对 2 0 0 1年 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 1 1月我院酸化甘油溶解试验阳性的临床病例进行回顾性分析。结果 1 0 8例酸化甘油溶解试验阳性的患者中 ,有 1 2例为自身免疫性溶血性贫血 ,其中 Ig G5例 ,Ig G+ C3 型 3例 ,C3 型 2例 ;骨髓Coombs试验阳性 1例 ( Ig G、C3 、Ig M、Ig A四种抗体均为阳性 ) ;Coombs亚型 1例 Ig G1阳性。

Objective To evaluate laboratory characteristi cs of autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) with positive acidified glycerol lysis te st (AGLT).Methods The clinical records with positive AGLT during January 2001 and November 2003 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 108 patients with positive AGLT,there were 12 AIHA pat ients.And the type of autoantibody in the 12 patients was IgG+(5 patients),IgG+a nd C 3+(3 patients),C 3+(2 patients),IgG 1+( one patient) and IgG+C 3+IgM+Ig A+(one patient),respectively.Conclusion AGLT is positive in some AIHA patients.
