通心络胶囊治疗冠心病、心绞痛合并高脂血症60例

Observation of the Curative Effect on 60 Cases of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris and Hyperlipidemia Treated with Tongxinluo Capsule

目的 观察通心络胶囊治疗冠心病、心绞痛合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法 门诊观察和住院治疗的 6 0例冠心病、心绞痛并高脂血症患者 ,随机分成两组。治疗组 :常规治疗加服通心络胶囊 ,4粒 /次 ,日 3次。对照组 :常规治疗 ,观察疗程 4周 ,于治疗前后对心电图、心绞痛、血脂及总疗效进行对比分析。结果 在缓解心绞痛、改善缺血性心电图上 ,治疗组总有效率 94 .5 %、88.9%。明显优于对照组 6 6 .7%、5 4.2 % ,P <0 .0 1。治疗组治疗后血脂明显降低 ,P <0 .0 5。组间对比明显优于对照组 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 通心络胶囊有很好的扩张冠脉血管 ,改善心肌缺血缺氧 ,迅速缓解心绞痛的治疗作用。同时还证实 ,改善和降低血胆固醇、甘油三脂 ,升高高密度脂蛋白效果确切。

Objective To observe the curative effect of coronary heart disease, angina pectoris combined with hyperlipemia treated with Tongxinluo capsules.Methods 60 cases of coronary heart disease,angina pectoris andhyperlipemia divided into two groups: The patients in therapeutic group had been given routine treatment and treated with Tongxinluo capsules, 4 capsulesonce and three times a day while those in the compared group had only given routine treatment. After observing for 4-week-course, the electrocardiogram, angina pectoris, blood fat and total curative effect had been compared andanalyzed.Results The total rates of curative effect in releasing angina pectoris, improving bloodshortage electrocardiogram in therapeutic group were 94.5% and 88.9% and those in compared group were 66.7% and 54.2%. This is obviously better in therapeutic group than this in compared group p<0.01. The blood fat in therapeutic group is obviously lower than before its treatment p <0.05.It is obviously better than compared group p<0.05.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule has the curative effect in coronary blood vessel dilatation, improving heart blood shortage, oxygen shortage and releasing angina pectoris.It is also proved that tongxinluo capsule has exactly curative effect in improving and decreasing cholesterol and glcerine,increasing protein.
