心理干预对急性脑卒中后抑郁患者运动功能康复影响的分析

The Analysis to the Sports Function Rehabilitation of PSD Patients Treated with Mental Interference

目的 分析心理干预脑卒中后抑郁 (PSD)患者对运动功能康复效果的影响。方法 10 5例急性PSD患者随机分成两组 ,康复组给予Bobath方法训练 ,干预组除上组方法外加心理干预。结果 干预组运动功能康复临床效果评分明显优于康复组。结论 PSD的心理干预较一般康复方法促进脑卒中患者运动功能的康复。

Objective The Analysis to the sports function rehabilitation of PSD patients treated with mental interference. Methods 105 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, rehabilitation group treated with Bobath training, interference group treated with Bobath training and mental intreference.Results The rehabilitation result in interfeerence gruop is obviously superior to the rehabilitation group.Conclusion Mental interference is better than other methods.
