摘要
目的 :观察聪灵胶囊对血管性痴呆模型大鼠的干预效果。方法 :采用永久性结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉法建立血管性痴呆动物模型 ,应用Morris水迷宫实验检测大鼠学习记忆能力。结果 :手术后用药 1个月聪灵胶囊各剂量组大鼠平均逃避潜伏期较模型组明显缩短 ,趋向式和直线式搜索策略总比例较模型组有明显的增加。结论 :聪灵胶囊可改善血管性痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆能力的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of CongLing Capsule(CLC) on the ability of learning and memory of the rats with vascular dementia. Methods: The animal models were produced by permanent occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries of the rats.The ability of learning and memory of the rat was tested by Morris water maze. Results: The average escape latency of vascular dementia rats treated by CLC was found significantly shorter than that untreated or treated by normal saline. Conclusion: CLC can improve the ability of learning and memory of the rats with vascular dementia.
