The recent process in the research on wastewater treatment of anthraquinone dyes is reviewed. Some treatment methods, such as biochemical process of microcell electrolysis?鄄catalytic oxidation, microwave assisted catalytic process, rare earth catalysis?鄄H2O2 oxidation process, penicillium X5 process, membrane separation process, EB?鄄induced decolouration process and photocatalytic process are introduced. It provides valuable basis for more efficient and more environmental wastewater treatment.
