摘要
对由富马酸二甲酯为原料所合成的某PBTC工业产品,进行了化学分析及13CNMR和31PNMR谱的核磁共振分析。结果表明,除PBTC外,还存在膦酰基丁二酸(PBDA)、PBTC酯的部分水解产物(PHPE)、膦酰基丙酸(PPA)、1-膦酰基-1-羧基-环戊-3-酮、H3PO3和H3PO4等副产物;它们主要是由反应不完全及发生了副反应等所致。研究成果,为寻求相应PBTC合成工艺最优化条件及进一步做好PBTC产品质量检测提供了依据。
The industrial PBTC(2 - phosphonobutane - 1,2,4 - tricarboxylic acid) product which has been made from dimethyl fumaric is analyzed by using chemical method, 13C NMR and 31P NMR techniques. It is indicated that there are by?鄄product such as phosphonobutanedioic acid, partly hydrolyzed products of ester of PBTC, phosphonopropionic acid, 1 - phosphono - 1 - carboxyl - cycloamyl - 3 - ketone, H3PO3, H3PO4 and so on besides PBTC. They are mainly resulted from inadequacy and secondary reaction. These results will provide us with some useful information for seeking the optimal technological conditions of synthesizing PBTC and checking PBTC product quality.
