摘要
建立了含4种不同晶形快燃物(立方体、球形、长方体、片状)无烟改性双基推进剂的燃烧数学模型,推导出推进剂燃速数学表达式,以及在推进剂燃烧方向上快燃物有效使用粒径的数学表达式。运用建立的数学模型分别计算了含5%和7%快燃物ACP的某推进剂在不同压强下的燃速,计算结果与实测燃速基本吻合。
Four mathematical models describing the combustion of smokeless modified double-base propellant, which contain fast burning energetic substance with different shapes (cube,globular,cuboid,and slice), are established. The mathematical equations of burning rate and the available size of fast burning energetic substance substances in the direction of combustion are deduced. With the help of the established mathematical model, the burning rates of propellants containing 5% and 7% ACP are calculated under different pressures. The results show that the calculated values of burning rates are in good agreement with the experimental ones.
