摘要
ZnO抗老化性能优良,聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)热塑性好,由两者制成的复合材料具有优异的抗紫外性能,用于涂料可以提高抗老化性能。以ZnSO4和尿素为原料,用水解法制得纳米ZnO溶胶,将ZnO溶胶分散于PVAc-丙酮溶液中,制得无色透明的纳米ZnO/PVAc复合溶胶,再将两者合成无色透明的ZnO/PVAc复合膜。结果表明:ZnO在PVAc中分布均匀,形态一致;ZnO含量低于2.0‰时,ZnO/PVAc中纳米颗粒粒径在20~30nm范围内,平均密度为27.4nm,体积平均为27.8nm,数均25.4nm;与纯PVAc溶液相比,最大吸收峰蓝移了13.2nm;复合材料中ZnO含量仅0.65‰时,吸光度增大近1倍,且随材料中ZnO含量的增加而增大。
ZnO has excellent aging resistance, and PVAc has good thermoplasticity, so the composite materials made from them will have better UV resistance and can improve the aging resistance of coating.ZnO sol was obtained by the reaction of zinc sulfate and urea through sol-gel process.Colorless transparent nano-ZnO/polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) sol was prepared by dispersing ZnO sol to PVAc-acetone solution, and the colorless transparent nanoZnO/PVAc composite film was obtained by painting.TEM observation shows that ZnO particles are well distribution in PVAc with the same morphology.While the ZnO content in the composite material is less than 2.0.the diameter of nanoparticle is in the range of 20-30 nm, the average density is 27.4 nm, the volume average is 27.8 nm and the number average is 25.4 ran.Compared to pure PVAc solution, the maximum absorption peak of composite material shifts 13.2 nm to blue.moreover the absorbency increases almost one time with only 0.65‰ ZnO in the material and increases with the increase of ZnO content.
