摘要
为了降低亚氨基二乙酸的生产成本,解决催化剂活性低、重复使用效果差的问题,通过电沉积的方法制备出高活性的铜/玻璃纤维催化剂,并对其晶格参数和比表面积等进行了测试,再将其用于催化二乙醇胺氧化脱氢合成亚氨基二乙酸。结果表明,自制的催化剂可使亚氨基二乙酸的转化率达到99.4%,选择性达到98.7%,并可循环使用38次以上。RaneyCu/玻璃纤维催化剂与RaneyCu相比具有高活性、高选择性和使用寿命长的特点,可望成为亚氨基二乙酸工业用催化剂。
In order to reduce the production cost of iminodiaeetic acid and solve the low activity and poor effect of catalyst, high active Cu/fiberglass catalyst was prepared by electrodepositing and its crystal lattice constant and specific surface area were tested, which had 'applied in the production of iminodiacetic acid by dehydrogenation oxidation of diethanolamine.The.The results show that the self-made catalyst makes the percent conversion of iminodiaeetie acid achieving 99.4% and the selectivity reaching 98.7%, and it can be used 38 times at least.The Raney Cu/fiberglass catalyst has better activity,higher selectivity and longer life than Raney Cu catalyst, so that it is prospective to be the new generation catalyst for iminodiaeetic acid industry.
