摘要
硫氰酸钾是黑镍镀液的重要成分之一,其含量高低直接影响镀层质量。为了检测硫氰酸钾含量是否在最佳的范围内,采用硫酸铁铵作显色剂,用分光光度法测定其含量。结果表明,硫氰酸钾含量介于0~20μg/mL遵守比尔定律,方法简便易行,分析结果的准确度和精密度完全能满足生产实际的要求。
Potassium sulfocyanate in nickel-zinc alloy plating bath was determined by speetrophotometric method using iron ammonium sulfate as ehromogenie agent, and the optimal measuring wavelength was selected.The effects of acidity, concentration of ehromogenie agent and various interfering ions were studied.The relationship between absorbance and potassium sulfoeyanate content follows Beer's law provided that:potassium sulfoeyanate content is among 0~20 μg/mL.The method is easy to operate, and has high accuracy and precision which meets the demand of rapid analysis in practice.
