摘要
对形成高校科技成果沉淀现象的原因、后果进行了分析,提出避免科技成果沉淀这一现象的若干途径。
In universities, why are there so many achievements in research are deposited? The article explains the reasons and makes the analysis, and then gives the approaches to prevent the currence of such phenomena.
