This paper studies continuously the solution of non-homogeneuous Birth and Death differential equations d/dt P(t)=P(t)A(t) P(0)=(1,0,0,…) By means of minmal and non-negative properties of constructive solution,some general re- sults on uniquess of normal solution are found.
