摘要
对氧化型染发剂中 16种有毒有害化学物质的测定方法进行了较系统的研究。采用超声波提取方法处理样品 ,对提取溶剂和时间进行了选择。确定用乙酸乙酯作溶剂 ,超声提取 5min。提取后的清液直接用气相色谱 质谱法 (GC/MS)进行分析。方法简单、快速 ,能有效提取和分离测定染发剂中 16中染料。经测定 ,方法的平均回收率 (n =11)为 99.1%~ 10 3.7% ;相对标准偏差 (n =11)为 0 .4 7%~ 3.2 8% ;检出限为 0 .5~ 2 .5mg/L。
A method for the determination of 16 toxic and harmful substances in oxidation hair dyes was studied. Ultrasonic extraction was adopted for sample treatment. Extraction solvents and durations were selected with the results of ethyl acetate and 5 minutes. Extraction solutions were then analyzed directly by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS). The setup method was simple, rapid, and could effectively extract, identified and quantified 16 colorants in hair dyes. The recoveries( n = 11) were determinated to be 99.1% similar to 103.7%, the relative standard deviations (n = 11) were 0.5% similar to 3.3%, and the limits of detection were 0.5 similar to 2.5 mg/L.
